Apps are a great, portable way to keep you fit on the go, here are ones I’m using right now, and recommend:

  • Fitness 22 has a great strength training app, especially for those just starting out.
  • If weights aren’t your thing, or aren’t available, Sworkit is a great app for body weight exercises.
  • I’m starting to dip my toe in the yoga world, and Down Dog has helped me to a great start.
